Housekeeping services is related to performing all the duties towards cleaning, preserving orderliness, and maintaining a property. The housekeeping course is where the student will learn how to approach guests as well as practical training where they will learn how to manage and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. After going through theoretical and practical training, which comprises of one semester of 12 weeks plus 6 months paid internship in hotels partnered with the institute you will be awarded with the NVQ level 3 'Housekeeping' certification accredited by TVEC.

- Fees : Overall Fee: Rs 60,000 + Rs.3,500 (Assessments, exams & certificate charges)
- Installments : Installments : 16,000 per month
- Admission Requirements : Minimum 16 years of age, G.C.E. O/L or Pass in aptitude test conducted by the academy

- Hygiene and good grooming
- Structure of a hotel
- Cleaning and Arranging a departure room
- Cleaning and Arranging a vacant room
- Cleaning and Arranging an occupied room
- Cleaning and Arranging floor corridor and service area
- Handling a mini bar
- Cleaning and maintaining public areas
Certificate Level Course
Our campus is located in No.11, First Lane, Ratmalana. Students who are a part of our academy come from various parts of Sri lanka and are therefore given accommodation within the vicinity of the campus providing more comfort and convenience to them.
The campus provides excellent teaching, learning and research facilities including well equipped classrooms, dedicated study areas, a computer laboratory ,as well as language and training rooms.
