Front Office Department is the face and as well as the voice of a business. . For a business such as hospitality, the front office services comes with an aspect of elevating customer experience with the business. It is the one of the many departments of the hotel business which directly interacts with the customers when they first arrive at the hotel. The Front Office management courses at Nest Academy is designed to provide students with sound technical and social skills to enable them to perform Hotel front office operations.This course prepares a student on how to handle transactions between the hotel and its guests, as well as how to receive the guests, handles their requests, and strikes the first impression about the hotel into their minds. After going through theoretical and practical training, which comprises of one semester of 12 weeks plus 6 months paid internship in hotels partnered with the institute. you will be awarded with the NVQ level 3 'Front Office' certification accredited by TVEC.
